This place is perfect with its central location, amazing service, beautifully renovated spacious rooms with two double beds, and friendly staff.

Modern and functional place with HELPFUL staff and excellent location right in the town centre. Choose superior double room with a fan, excellent large modern bathrooms plus big screen. Location near to main shopping area and the most beautiful part of the old town.

Enjoyed the nice and quiet superior queen room. The bathroom was big and didn't hear any noise from outside. Loved having coffee & tea makers and a fridge in the room. 🌟

Parking garage is 5 minutes walk with eerie staircase. Kitchen smell from the courtyard when you open the room window.

The location is central with great restaurants, the cathedral, and the river within a short walk, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are bright and functional.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was large and had all essential facilities including a large screen TV. The buffet breakfast was good.

The parking for the hotel was about 200 yards away, at a cost of 13 euros per day. It proved impossible to stop temporarily outside the hotel to check in because the single space outside was occupied, as were all the nearby parking spaces. It was necessary to find a space much further away to park temporarily, then walk back to the hotel with luggage, and move the car later. However the hotel receptionists were very helpful. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but the staff recommended a good one nearby.

The hotel was modern and provided a really nice stay during our French holidays. The location was excellent, being close to a botanical garden.- The hotel was situated in an interesting area near the main shopping area, shops, cafes, cathedral, museums, and riverside restaurants.

I left my laptop in the room at check out and they had it waiting for me when I realized and returned.

The propitious use of down comforters. They are great for winter or rooms with air conditioning, but suboptimal for summer and for rooms lacking air. Otherwise, the room was convenient and nice.

I got great value for my money at Mercure in Bayonne. The room was super comfortable with a disco nap-worthy bed. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to everything. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
